Get High with Chai + Cashew Milk Recipe

There’s nothing more refreshing and sexy on a hot summer day than making your own cashew milk and brewing your own chai spices and then blending them together on ice with a generous drizzle of maple syrup goodness. Luckily we’ve got the recipe right here for you. Below you’ll find the original cashew milk we used to make behind the bar at Noorish.

Steep and chill our Chai Ritual (or any other chai spices you have) and blend it with this cashew milk for the perfect afternoon superfood-infused pick-me-up!


DREAMY CASHEW MILK RECIPE

  • Soak 1 cup of raw cashews for minimum an hour, but ideally overnight in the fridge if you can.

  • Drain and rinse off the soak water.

  • Blend 2 cups of water, cashews, 1 tsp of vanilla ext (or 1/8 tsp of vanilla powder), 2 tbsp of maple syrup and a pinch of salt in a high powered blender. Add another 2 cups of water and blend again.
