We are excited to announce a new series of music coming to Noorish!! Down in the beautiful, resonant, magical room known as The Kiva, we have decided to host a series of concert nights showcasing the best of the best, the creme a la creme, in a more intimate setting than we could offer up in the cafe.
Jill Pollock’s “Birthday Prelude in Cmaj7add9 and Friends” – June 30
Noorish’s Cafe Manager and more importantly, singer/songwriter and ukelele virtuoso, Jill Pollock will be sharing her musings, songs, and stories on Saturday June 30 in a night we’re calling “Birthday Prelude in Cmaj7add9″. Why the funny name, well it’s actually the day before Jill’s REAL birthday and if you knew Jill you’d understand the rest! (NOTE: Cmaj7add9 is a complex ukelele chord by the way) Show starts at 7pm in the Kiva! Tickets only $15 at the door.
