Caramelized Fennel and Tomato Bisque garnished with Shaved Fennel Slaw

                      Rigatoni, Housemade Chorizo, Garden Vegetables, Asparagus Tips,

Sweet Micro Basil,  Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce
