Sprouted chickpea burger with walnut-spinach pesto, herbed cashew cream, avocado, tomato, red onion, tahini-ginger drizzle and fresh sprouts. Served on a whole-wheat bun with a side of your choice. (Vegan) (Add $2 for living flatbread)

    I really enjoyed this! I would eat it again. My stomach felt quite fine after I ate it. It was very pretty as well. Smelled nice as well. Good Job! I really enjoy Chick Peas, so this kicked it up a notch. Maybe like 2 notches. I don’t want to get crazy though and start kicking notches everywhere, then there would be notches left to kick. I am excited to go back and try something else on the menu. So far this is my favorite, but it is also the only thing I have tried so far.

    If you want it to be a real bodhi burger, you’ll need to lose the onions and anything that is part of the allium family.
    I’d love to bring my mother who is a staunch vegetarian but the food needs to be free of onions of any kind, garlic and or chives…
